Trip Advisor Listing Disappeared ??

Thanks to everyone that takes the time to post a review following an experience, it really does help us as a business and means a great deal to me and the birds.

I am not sure what is happening with Trip Advisor but our listing has just disappeared and they are telling me that there is a technical fault which may well take weeks to resolve. Please rest assured Hampshire Hawk Walks is very much still operating and we would be very grateful if you would like to post a review if you could post on Google

or perhaps Facebook .

Reviews are essential in building a business and a brand in this modern age, and I am very proud of what the birds have achieved in the past few years, though hopefully good old word of mouth and personal recommendations are still the most valued accolade.

One thing is for sure I feel that Trip Advisor as an organisation don't value the businesses that are essential to their existence and they have made no effort to communicate with me over the issue and resolve it, very poor customer service! I hope that I can offer a far superior service to my customers for years to come.
